Applications are now open for Kaitiaki roles at Splash Planet for the 2026/27 summer season.

Kaitiaki play an important role in helping make Splash Planet a safe, welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone.

You’ll be a visible and approachable presence across the park, supporting visitors, responding to concerns and helping to de-escalate challenging situations when they arise. Sometimes that means stepping in calmly when things get difficult, helping people feel heard and knowing when to seek further support.

We’re looking for people who are mature, reliable, confident and calm under pressure, with the judgement to handle a wide range of situations and the communication skills to work well with people of all ages.
