We are currently looking for a Skate Park Guardian, to help us ensure that the skatepark is a safe and user friendly place that will attract families and youth to enjoy the surroundings and environment. You will also help in the prevention and determent of anti-social behaviour and crime.
This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 25 hours per week based on a Monday to Sunday roster.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Be fit, confident and responsible
- Ideally have experience in working with youth – but this is not essential
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Have a mature, even-tempered and cooperative nature, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
You definitely don’t need skating skills for this role – it’s all about keeping the park safe, welcoming and well-managed.
