Taitara Mahi - Business Support Officer (Asset Management)

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic energetic Business Support Officer within the Asset Management Group with the Hastings District Council.

This role provides administrative support across the Asset Management Group.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Minute taking.
• Data entry, analysis and reporting.
• Supporting our Project Managers to ensure smooth operation of Council processes.
• Answering customer enquiries.

The successful candidate will: 

• Have excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications.  
• Have good time management skills
• Be an excellent communicator and team player
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
