Taitara Mahi - Senior Digital Change Manager 
Fixed-term, Full-Time

The Information Management and Business Transformation (IMBT) team is dedicated to delivering exceptional technology solutions and services across Council, encompassing day-to-day operations, transformative initiatives, and leading the charge towards a digital-first organizational ethos.

We are currently undertaking a project (Project Genesis) to migrate core ERP modules (TechnologyOne Ci) to a cloud-based solution (TechnologyOne CiAnywhere). 

The Senior Digital Change Manager role, within the IMBT team, is responsible for leading and facilitating change management activities within Project Genesis to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes relating to this project.

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Analysing the change the new ERP solution will bring.
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating change strategies to ensure Council staff are taken on the journey and understand why the change has occurred.
• Facilitating a collaborative approach to how Project Genesis generates change across Council
• Building ownership and capability in change leadership.

Ōu wheako – about you
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Change Management techniques.
• Proven experience in ERP change and/or implementation projects.
• Decision-making experience and leadership demonstrated in co-ordinating and integrating change.
• Previous exposure to TechnologyOne software is desirable, but not essential.
