Taitara Mahi - Emergency Management Coordinator

Council’s Risk team works to drive excellent emergency management practices within the Council as well as working alongside emergency services and key response agencies.

We are looking for an Emergency Management Coordinator with emergency management experience to join our team and lead our efforts in preparing communities and Council to handle emergencies. Known for their interpersonal skills and ability to create high performing teams, the successful candidate will be able to run interactive and engaging workshops to drive forward community resilience planning across the district.

• A good understanding of emergency management and community resilience.
