Permanent Full-time
We’re seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Infrastructure Group, working either in Transport or in Three Waters. These are distinct roles, each focused on delivering projects within a single programme area.
In this role, you’ll lead projects end-to-end—coordinating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while managing schedules, budgets, risks, and quality. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
Depending on the role you are appointed to, you will manage a portfolio of projects within one of the following areas:
- Transport – including bridges, culvert structures, slip repairs, road rebuilds, and safety improvements
- Three Waters – including pipelines, treatment plants, reservoir upgrades, and pump stations
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex infrastructure programmes. Experience in project management, contract administration (including NZS3910), and project management tools will support your success. We’re open to Project Managers at different career stages. Depending on your capability and experience, appointments may be made at Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Principal Project Manager level, aligned to project complexity.
